This class teaches the basics of Muay Thai including pad work, kickboxing, sparring, and other techniques in a controlled, safe environment with our qualified instructor.
Kick Boxing classes will keep you in excellent physical condition. You can burn up to 1,000 calories in a class. You’ll have lots of fun learning and practicing various techniques, and there’s an endless amount of drills to choose from.
The intense, yet beginner-friendly, training of Kick Boxing dramatically increases the endurance levels of those doing it. Not to mention, your overall cardiovascular health will improve!
Kick Boxing does more than just increase your heart rate; it also helps you improve your flexibility. That’s because certain techniques require you to maneuver and bend your body.
What’s more, knowing how to properly defend yourself, should the situation call for it, will allow you to walk strong and feel secure.
All classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate fitness levels.
