The staff were welcoming and the gym had a friendly vibe even though it looks like a bodybuilder gym so don’t let that turn you off. They also have another location in CBD East which is a more commercial gym set up. Will definitely be coming back here again the next time I am in Adelaide.
prem sekhon3 July 2024Best place to exercise, very modern equipments and friendly staff. Only thing I want to recommend them that they should place some notes for mobile users. I want to use the leg press and one of the lady sitting on the machine watching social media and even I asked that I want to the machine and she didn’t care and for two set of leg press she took 20 minute’s because she was more focused on social media. I had to for 20 minutes to get my turn.otherwise it was good experience.
